Rindless defatted ham


This ham has a subtle taste that can be savored in various ways.

The product does not have a rind and has been rid of excess fat.

Preparation tips

Refrigerate between 0 and 4 °C after opening. Consume within 5 days.
Our prime quality hams are neither churned nor treated with polyphosphates.
As a result, pieces of the ham may become separated in the event of a hard impact.

  • 8 slices of sandwich bread
  • 200 g emmentaler
  • 4 eggs
  • 4 slices of rindless defatted ham
  • 50 g butter


Step 1

Preheat oven at 210 °C.

Step 2

Butter all of the bread slices.

Step 3

Slice the emmentaler.

Step 4

Compose the sandwich by layering a slice of emmentaler on the buttered bread, then a slice of ham, another slice of emmentaler and the second bread slice butter down.

Step 5

Place them in the oven and wait until they develop a nice color.

Step 6

In a non-stick pan, fry the eggs one by one, sprinkle with salt and pepper and place on top of each croque-madame.

Step 7

Serve immediately.
